If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our services.

1. About Little Leap Learning

Our services may include:

- Speech and Language Therapy

- Occupational Therapy

- Behaviour Therapy and Support

- Parent Coaching

- Early Intervention

- Special Education and Learning Support

- School Readiness Support

- Developmental and communication support

- Sensory and functional support

- Parent guidance and home-training programmes

- Other related services introduced by LLL from time to time

The availability of a particular service depends on the child's requirements, therapist availability, geographical considerations, technology and other operational factors.

LLL Private Limited reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue any service, programme, package or offering at its discretion.

2. Eligibility and Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Our services are primarily intended for children and are accessed or arranged by a parent, legal guardian or authorised caregiver.

By using our services, you confirm that:

- You are legally authorised to provide information and make decisions relating to the child for whom services are being requested.

- The information provided to LLL is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

- You will inform LLL of any relevant information that may reasonably affect the child's participation in sessions.

- You will cooperate with the therapist and LLL team as reasonably required.

- You will ensure that the child participates in sessions in an appropriate and safe environment.

LLL may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to provide or administer the services.

3. Consultation and Initial Interaction

A consultation is intended to understand the child's needs, concerns, strengths, challenges and relevant background and to discuss suitable support or therapy options.

A consultation may include interaction with the child and/or parent or guardian, depending on the nature of the service.

The consultation does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment plan, developmental outcome or number of therapy sessions.

The therapist may recommend further assessment, therapy, parent training, home activities, referral to another professional or other appropriate support based on the information available.

---

4. Nature and Limitations of Online Services

LLL provides services through online communication and digital platforms.

The effectiveness and suitability of online sessions may vary depending on the child's individual needs, age, attention, participation, home environment, internet connectivity, device availability and other circumstances.

The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring:

- A suitable device and internet connection

- A reasonably appropriate environment for the session

- The child's availability at the scheduled time

- Appropriate supervision of the child where required

- Participation and cooperation as advised by the therapist

LLL may recommend an alternative form of professional support where the therapist determines that online services may not be suitable for the child's particular needs.

---

5. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Therapy and developmental support outcomes vary between children.

LLL Private Limited and its therapists do not guarantee any specific developmental, behavioural, communication, educational or therapeutic outcome or any particular timeframe for achieving progress.

Progress may depend on several factors, including the child's individual circumstances, consistency of therapy, parent involvement, home practice, attendance, environmental factors and the child's response to intervention.

---

6. Parent and Caregiver Participation

Parents and caregivers play an important role in online therapy.

Parents may be requested to:

- Participate in sessions

- Assist the child during activities

- Observe therapist demonstrations

- Implement home-training recommendations

- Provide feedback regarding the child's progress

- Maintain consistency between sessions

The parent or caregiver remains responsible for the child's supervision outside the therapy session and for implementing recommendations according to their own judgment and circumstances.

---

7. Therapist Allocation and Changes

LLL Private Limited may assign a suitable therapist based on the child's requirements, therapist qualifications, availability, schedule and operational considerations.

LLL reserves the right to change, replace or reassign a therapist where necessary due to availability, leave, resignation, scheduling requirements, professional considerations or other operational reasons.

Where reasonably possible, LLL will communicate significant therapist changes and make appropriate arrangements to maintain continuity of service.

---

8. Session Scheduling

Sessions are conducted according to the date and time mutually agreed between the parent/guardian and the LLL Coordinator.

Parents are responsible for ensuring that the child is available at the scheduled time.

Session timing may be changed where required due to therapist availability, operational requirements, emergencies or other circumstances.

All session cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated to the LLL Coordinator through the official communication channel.

The therapist should not be treated as the sole point of contact for payment, package or cancellation matters.

---

9. Cancellation and Session Adjustment

Cancellation and rescheduling of sessions are governed by the separate Cancellation Policy published on the Little Leap Learning website.

Parents are required to provide the applicable advance notice specified in that policy.

Eligible cancelled sessions may be adjusted or rescheduled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy and applicable package terms.

A session adjustment does not constitute a refund.

---

10. Payments and Fees

All applicable fees will be communicated or displayed before the relevant service is purchased.

Fees may apply to:

- Consultations

- Individual therapy sessions

- Monthly therapy plans

- Prepaid packages

- Parent coaching

- Other programmes or services offered by LLL

LLL Private Limited reserves the right to change its pricing, packages, session fees and service charges from time to time.

Any applicable price displayed at the time of purchase will ordinarily apply to that transaction unless an error or other exceptional circumstance requires correction.

Parents are responsible for ensuring that the payment information and transaction details submitted during payment are accurate.

---

11. Online Payments and Razorpay

Payments made through the Little Leap Learning website may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider.

The payment transaction may be subject to the applicable terms, conditions, security procedures and privacy practices of the relevant payment service provider.

LLL Private Limited does not request or require customers to share confidential payment credentials such as card PINs, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or similar authentication information through email, WhatsApp or other informal communication channels.

LLL Private Limited is responsible for the provision of its own services, including customer support, session scheduling, cancellation and refund matters. Razorpay acts as the payment service provider and does not provide the underlying therapy or developmental services.

Razorpay's own terms also place responsibility for the merchant's services, customer enquiries, refunds and related obligations on the merchant.

---

12. Payment Confirmation

A successful payment does not by itself guarantee a particular therapist, session time or service outcome.

Service confirmation is subject to availability and confirmation by LLL.

Where payment has been successfully received but the booking cannot be accommodated for operational reasons, LLL will communicate an appropriate alternative arrangement.

---

13. Refunds

All payments made to LLL Private Limited are subject to the Refund Policy published on the Little Leap Learning website.

Consultation fees, therapy session fees, monthly plans and prepaid packages are generally non-refundable.

Where permitted under the applicable Cancellation Policy, eligible sessions may be adjusted or rescheduled rather than refunded.

Any refund arising from a payment-processing error, duplicate payment or other specifically approved circumstance will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

---

14. Prepaid Plans and Packages

Once a monthly plan, package or other prepaid service has been purchased, the payment cannot be cancelled for a refund except where specifically required by applicable law or expressly approved by LLL Private Limited.

Eligible sessions may, however, be adjusted or rescheduled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed by LLL in writing, a monthly plan may be carried forward for eligible unused sessions within the applicable adjustment period specified in the Cancellation Policy.

Packages and plans cannot be transferred to another child or person without prior approval from LLL.

---

15. Taxes and Applicable Charges

Any applicable taxes, statutory charges or other government-imposed charges may be added to the service price where required by applicable law.

The parent/customer is responsible for paying the total amount displayed at the time of purchase.

---

16. Therapist and Professional Standards

LLL Private Limited makes reasonable efforts to engage appropriately qualified professionals for the services provided.

Information relating to therapist qualifications, experience, registration or professional credentials may be provided where applicable and available.

Parents are encouraged to review relevant therapist information and discuss any concerns with the LLL Coordinator before commencing services.

LLL may change professional assignments based on operational or professional requirements.

---

17. Medical and Emergency Matters

Little Leap Learning's online therapy and developmental support services are not intended to replace emergency medical care.

LLL does not provide emergency medical services through its website or online therapy sessions.

In an emergency or situation requiring immediate medical attention, the parent or guardian should contact the appropriate local emergency or medical service.

Where a therapist believes that a child's needs may require services beyond the scope of the online session, the therapist may recommend consultation with an appropriate medical, clinical or other qualified professional.

---

18. Information Provided by Parents

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the child's services.

LLL and its therapists may rely on information provided by the parent or guardian when planning and conducting sessions.

LLL Private Limited will not be responsible for an outcome resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or withheld information where such information was reasonably relevant to the service.

---

The collection, use, storage, processing and protection of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy of LLL Private Limited.

Where session recordings, photographs or videos are made, their use will be governed by the Privacy Policy and any applicable consent or permission requirements.
