Little Leap Learning (LLL Private Limited)

 

Little Leap Learning is committed to maintaining a consistent and structured schedule for children, parents, and therapists. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellation, rescheduling, adjustment of therapy sessions, and prepaid plans.

 

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Parent

 

Parents or guardians are required to inform the LLL Coordinator at least 24 hours before the scheduled session if the child is unable to attend or if the session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

 

Where the required notice is provided, the session amount will not be forfeited. The session may be rescheduled or adjusted to another suitable date and time, subject to therapist availability.

 

2. Emergency Cancellation

 

In the event of an unavoidable emergency, parents may inform the LLL Coordinator at least 6 hours before the scheduled session.

 

Where such notice is provided, the session amount will not be forfeited and the session may be adjusted or rescheduled, subject to availability.

 

3. If the Parent Is Unable to Inform in Advance

 

If the parent is unable to provide prior information and the child is unavailable for the scheduled session, the parent may attend the session in place of the child, where appropriate and as agreed with the therapist.

 

The therapist may use such a session for parent guidance, home-training recommendations, discussion of the child's progress, or other relevant support.

 

The session will therefore not be considered forfeited solely because the child was unavailable.

 

4. Session Adjustment

 

Where a session is cancelled with the required notice, the session will be adjusted within the applicable plan period.

 

For monthly plans, all sessions should ordinarily be completed within the same calendar month. Where sessions cannot be completed due to approved cancellations or scheduling constraints, the remaining sessions may be carried forward and completed within the following month, subject to therapist availability.

 

Accordingly, a monthly plan may be utilised over a maximum period of two consecutive months, unless otherwise agreed in writing by LLL Private Limited.

 

Sessions cannot be carried forward indefinitely beyond the applicable adjustment period.

 

5. Late Cancellation or No Prior Notice

 

If the parent does not provide the required notice and the child does not attend the scheduled session, LLL Private Limited may consider the session as scheduled and completed.

 

However, in genuine or exceptional circumstances, LLL Private Limited may, at its discretion, permit an adjustment or alternative arrangement.

 

6. Late Arrival

 

If the child or parent joins a session late, the session may still be conducted for the remaining scheduled duration.

 

The therapist may not always be able to extend the session beyond the originally scheduled end time.

 

7. Cancellation by the Therapist or LLL Private Limited

 

LLL Private Limited reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule a scheduled session where necessary due to therapist availability, operational requirements, technical issues, emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons considered appropriate by the company.

 

Where a session is cancelled by LLL Private Limited or the assigned therapist, the applicable session will not be forfeited. LLL Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative date or time and adjust the session accordingly.

 

8. Prepaid Plans and Packages

 

Once a consultation, therapy package, monthly plan, or session package has been purchased and payment has been successfully made, the plan or package cannot be cancelled for a refund.

 

However, the sessions included in the purchased plan may be rescheduled or adjusted in accordance with this Cancellation Policy.

 

Where a parent is temporarily unable to continue sessions due to travel, personal circumstances, or other reasons, the remaining eligible sessions may be adjusted within the applicable validity period, subject to therapist availability.

 

A prepaid plan does not create an entitlement to a cash refund merely because the parent is unable to attend the originally scheduled sessions.

 

9. Repeated Cancellations or Rescheduling

 

Repeated cancellations or frequent changes to scheduled sessions may affect the availability of the preferred therapist or time slot.

 

LLL Private Limited reserves the right to review and modify the session schedule where repeated cancellations or rescheduling significantly affect the therapy schedule.

 

The company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the family's requirements while maintaining continuity of therapy.

 

10. Cancellation Requests

 

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to the LLL Coordinator through the official communication channel provided by Little Leap Learning.

 

Parents are requested not to rely on communication with the therapist alone for cancellation of a scheduled session.

 

11. Company’s Right to Modify or Cancel Services

 

LLL Private Limited reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel a session, therapist assignment, schedule, service or package where required due to operational, professional, technical, safety, availability or other legitimate circumstances.

 

Where applicable, the company will provide an alternative arrangement or session adjustment.

 

12. Acceptance of the Policy

 

By purchasing a consultation, therapy session, monthly plan or package from Little Leap Learning, the parent or guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
